Jason Roberts

Owner

Jason is the owner and founder of Team Orders, which provides customized apparel and marketing products to sports programs, schools and businesses around the country. In the beginning, Jason and his wife Dena, while coaching his two sons Sean and Evan, thought about the problems in the custom apparel industry; slow turnarounds, backorders and not being able to reach customer service, and decided to start one himself. What started off as making uniforms for his own baseball school and club program in 2010, has grown into what Team Orders is today. Though time has passed, Jason always maintains that providing high-quality apparel with quick turnarounds and impeccable customer service, while also helping programs raise money, are the most important things in this business.  

Ryan Molenaar

Operations Manager

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management, with a minor in Media Studies, Ryan joined Team Orders as a sales assistant in October of 2017. Throughout the years, Ryan has performed almost every role within Team Orders from Inside Sales to Production, and everything in-between. Thus, he knows what is going on within each department. Ryan also handles the graphics along with Jason and is knowledgeable about what items are available and when, so you never have to deal with backorders and receive the quickest turnaround time.  

George Somers

Sales Representative

George joined Team Orders as a sales representative in August of 2021. Prior to this, he was a long-time customer of Team Orders through various sports programs he played for. A 4 year-varsity catcher for the Roger Williams University Hawks Baseball team, George knows what athletes and coaches are looking for. He takes great pride in providing sports programs, schools and businesses with great apparel, as well as helping them raise money for their programs through our custom online stores.  

Jared Ottaviano

Shipping/Receiving Manager

Jared joined Team Orders during our expansion in December of 2021. Growing up, Jared was an avid athlete, playing soccer and basketball, while also playing soccer in college. When not working for Team Orders, Jared also coaches soccer and has a passion for helping athletes further their skills. His primary role at Team Orders is to handle the large volume of shipping and receiving that we manage daily, as well as quality control of all items heading out of our doors; making sure only the best products get to our customers.  

Jessica Weir

Bookkeeper

Jessica is a Graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Business Administration, Concentration in Accounting.   

Over the years, Jessica has worked as a business administrator in both the public and private sectors in various accounting roles.  Her first major position was a paid internship in college working for Sony BMG in the Royalties Department with some of the biggest names in the industry, from the Dave Matthews Band, Whitney Houston and the Estate of Marilyn Monroe.  At Sony BMG, Jessica maintained her clients’ Video, Tour and Promotional Accounts.  Upon graduation from MSU, she decided to work as a Municipal Auditor and was the Audit Program Supervisor for one of the largest private municipal accounting firms in the state.  

 With the birth of her first son, she & her husband made the decision for her to stay at home and over time she began to volunteer in her local school district & the local baseball team.  As a volunteer, Jessica was the Head Chairperson for the Annual Art Show, bi-annual Talent Show & Fundraising.  She later was voted into the position of PTA Vice President and has been a Team Mom for her Sons’ baseball teams over the years and is still to this day. As such, Jess knows how difficult it is for PTAs and school  

 Eventually her oldest son’s baseball team landed her an opportunity to rejoin the workforce as a Part-Time assistant bookkeeper.  As the company has grown & evolved over the years, she has become the Bookkeeper and helps with many other roles.  

 TeamOrders is a small family-owned business that understands and values the family unit and allows its employees the flexibility required to continue to be involved in the community as a volunteer. 

Teddy Pajewski

Production Manager

Teddy joined Team Orders in May of 2022 as our new Production Manager. As a lifelong soccer player, Teddy has worn many uniforms throughout his playing career in high school and college and knows what looks good! Teddy’s passion for design brought him to Team Orders, where he oversees the entire production process; if you order from Team Orders, you know Teddy personally made sure the design was the highest quality.
